THEOFRASTOS company is located in the Industrial Area (BI.PE.) of Korinthos (next to the canal of Korinthos in Peloponnese), location Loutsa (Arion),Examilia, in a private property of 0.86 ha.

The constructions were started in spring 2015 and completed in early 2016, with buildings covering a total area of 900 m² built using high quality material (reinforced steel-frame cement concrete, the walls from bricks, deck with steel beams and metallic panels of 8 cm insulation, marblesetc.).

The production area is equipped with special semi-automated mechanical systems, which have been designed and manufactured properly from expert Mechanical Engineers, in order to guarantee the high-quality production procedure of liquid organic fertilizers.

All the constructions strictly followed the National Laws for Urban Planning, Industrial and Environmental Protection regulations, Employees’ protection and automatic fire safety systems.

The surrounding area of the building includes 1500 m2 made from a solid cement concrete. There are many planting beds in the open area, intending to the creation of a small Botanic Garden with native plant species of the Greek flora (aromatic, pharmaceutical, traditional varieties of fruit trees, grapes etc) in a total area of 0.6 ha.

The building area has been designed to collect and store the rain water in reservoirs for irrigation and other uses.
